Kim Revald, Senior Sustainability Manager, Velliv
“Velliv is challenging the fact that most renovations and transformations involve removing all existing interiors and furnishings by replacing with new products made of virgin materials. As we aim to lover our CO2 scope 1 & 2 footprint by 80% by 2030, and also focus on actions to reduce our embedded carbon, the choice of building materials is critical. Velliv refurbishes a substantial part of the portfolio each year, therefore the necessity to find suppliers who can deliver on time and in big scale are very important to us. We found a:gain, with their upcycled products, to be one of the newer product suppliers in the market that we can trust to do so.”
