Add some warmth
Favnø's name is derived from the danish word 'favne' which means to embrace. A wooden wall, floor to ceiling, will for many be reminiscent of cabins or summerhouses, which are intimate and embracing spaces. We think a wooden wall is welcome in any kind of space, as it adds so much warmth, depth, and calm.
Wood finishes
We currently offer two standard water-based wax finishes.
Clear gives the wood a light and classic look. If you like Douglas this is the one for you.
Black Coffee is a very dark brown, almost black finish, which still allows some grain structure to show. An intense and rich colour, perfect for a calm interior.

The Douglas wood for this product is made from offcuts discarded from regular production due to certain, unavoidable flaws. This means that you have to expect knots of various sizes.
The German Douglas gets the respect it deserves and all of its potential is realized in this product. We hope it will last a lifetime if not more.
